One of our agents, Anissa Faye Niday-Seals, recently received her CPIA designation. The CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) is a professional honor from The Professional Insurance Agents of America (PIA) and the AIMS Society. It requires completion of three, one-day seminars designed to enhance the ability of agents/producers to efficiently create and distribute effective insurance programs for clients. The designation requires an annual update, assuring that CPIAs maintain the highest level of professionalism and technical knowledge.
Harris Insurance has for decades, encouraged it’s agents to seek out and participate in professional designations that are above and beyond the basic agent’s license. Every employee of our agency has earned, and holds, multiple designations and certifications from advanced programs and participates in additional continuing education classes every year to keep their enhanced credentials updated.
